My experience at Lexus Hatfield

Unfortunately, I was not fully satisfied with the overall experience after the sale was completed.
When I came to collect the vehicle, it had received a polish, but even the smallest scratches were still clearly visible – so it did not seem like a proper paint correction was done.

More importantly, I noticed a serious issue on the lower part of the driver’s door: there is a large patch of poorly applied paint, where the metal is exposed and already beginning to rust. It is clear that the area was sprayed over without proper repair or protection.

The rear bumper had a paint-related issue which was thankfully resolved – thank you for that. Similarly, the front bumper had a slight misalignment on the right side, which seemed fixed at first but has already started to shift again.

Additionally, there are small dent marks near the passenger-side door which were not addressed at all.

Finally, the puncture repair kit included in the vehicle is expired – the label even says not to use it past the expiry date, which indicates a lack of attention to detail and safety during the vehicle inspection.

I expected more from a Lexus Approved Used service. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as the post-sale inspection and preparation did not reflect the standards I associated with the Lexus brand.
